bdtjel Terms and Conditions

1 General Provisions

These terms and conditions form a legally binding agreement between bdtjel ("Platform", "we", "us") and the user ("you", "member"). bdtjel is an online gaming platform that provides various gaming services for users in Bangladesh, including slot games, cricket betting, live casino and crash games.

These terms have been written in Bengali and apply to users in Bangladesh. In the event of any language dispute, this Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

1.1 Scope of Services

1.2 Acceptance of Terms

2 Account Registration

To become a member of bdtjel, you need to create an account. During the registration process, you must provide accurate and complete information.

2.2 Verification Process

For withdrawals above a certain amount or in the case of any suspicious activity, we may request a copy of a national ID card or passport to verify identity. Withdrawals may remain on hold until this process is completed.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

To use our platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must confirm that online gaming is not legally prohibited in the area where you reside.
• Your account has not been closed previously for any reason.
• You are not managing an account on behalf of another person.

bdtjel may request proof of age at any time. If it is found that an account is being operated by a minor, that account will be closed immediately and all winnings will be voided.

4 Account Security

You are responsible for the security of your account. We recommend that you use a strong password and do not share your login details with anyone.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

bdtjel supports all popular payment methods in Bangladesh and ensures fast and secure transactions.

5.1 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (applicable for all payment methods).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer.
• Only use a payment account registered in your own name.
• Depositing using a third-party payment account is prohibited.
• It may take a short while for the deposit amount to appear in your account.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method that was used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may remain on hold until verification is completed.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements of an active bonus have been met.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses and promotions at bdtjel are offered under specific terms. Please read the relevant terms carefully before accepting a bonus.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Example: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
• Example: Deposit ৳14,000 and receive a ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳22,000.
• Bonus wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times before withdrawal.
• The welcome bonus is offered only once per account.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses can only be used to play on the bdtjel platform and cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless explicitly stated.
• bdtjel reserves the right to change or cancel the bonus programme at any time.
• If any bonus abuse is suspected, we reserve the right to cancel the bonus.
• Each bonus may have its own expiry period — if the wagering requirement is not met within that period, the bonus will be cancelled.

7 Betting Rules

All betting activity on bdtjel is conducted fairly and transparently. The following rules apply to all members.

7.1 Bet Validity

• Once a bet is finalised, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• In the case of abnormal outcomes caused by technical errors, bdtjel reserves the right to void that bet.
• Placing bets using insider information about the outcome of any game or event is strictly prohibited.

7.2 Special Sports Betting Rules

• Bets will be accepted before an event starts or within the live betting window.
• If any match or event is cancelled or postponed, a refund will be issued in accordance with bdtjel's own policy.
• Betting limits for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup or ICC tournaments may be set separately.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtjel platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using a third party's account.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions to gain an artificial advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts or artificial software.
• Exploiting game errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Participating in fraudulent arrangements with other members.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Harassing, threatening or attempting to harm other members.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

bdtjel reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason and at any time, without prior notice.

9.1 Reasons for Account Suspension

• Violation of any provision of these terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Request from a law enforcement agency.
• Misuse of the platform.

9.2 Closing Your Own Account

10 Limitation of Liability

bdtjel provides its services on an "as is" basis. We do not accept liability for the following:

• Loss of a game or bet due to internet disconnection.
• Losses caused by technical problems with your device.
• Issues caused by the failure of third-party service providers.
• Service disruption due to natural disasters or force majeure circumstances.
• Unauthorized access to your account by a third party.

In any circumstance, bdtjel's liability will be limited to a maximum of the amount you deposited in that specific transaction.

11 Dispute Resolution

If any dispute arises between bdtjel and a member, both parties will first attempt to resolve it amicably.
